UFV WEST kicked off their first social event of the year and was well attended not only by students, by faculty and staff.
The event featured female STEM professors and UFV STEM clubs and associations. Dr. Lucy Lee, Faculty of Science Dean and Biologist, opened the event. UFV President, Joanne MacLean, even dropped by for a visit! Students were able to connect with other science students and gather some helpful information including amazing opportunities in STEM here at UFV.
